  Totally useless insurance company, if you lose or damage anything without original reciept like my sons psp which was 2years old and damaged they have a grade system and apparently a 2 year old psp is not worth

  Best have no insurance and know where you stand. I have not given up yet but they are refusing to pay a claim that is clearly covered in their policy. Unfortunately I found out too late that this is quite usual
