Item: Swarovski, Habicht 8x30 W
I have owned three pair of these Habicht 8x30's in the past 30 years. I think they are probably the best 8x30 you can buy. They are not as pretty as the 8x32 EL but they are every bit as good optic wise.

They are nice and light and a positive grip due to the rubber coating, I also think the quality of the optics are superb. They deliver a nice crisp sharp image. Great binoculars and superb value for money,

Great binos for the $. Clarity is excellent and I had the chance to compare them against 2 different pairs of Leupold binos and the sharpness, clarity and brightness was obviously better in the Zen-rays.

These binos are just superb, as for that 30 year guarantee, well that says a lot about the quality. Customer service backup is top class. Had a minor problem with my diopter setting but was sorted out by

I just love everything about the Nikon 8 x 42 EDG binocular. Sharpness, contrast and depth of field better than any other I 've tested (Incl the latest Leica HD 8x42, Zeiss FL 8x42 and Swarovski El 8,5x42)
