Their High Bid auctions are great because you dont have to actually have the *highest* bid in order to 'win' in their 'High Bid' auctions! i.e. Auctionair is really a sort of "group buying" site in disguise.

Some great features such as mr. Grabber and the ability to negotiate with the buyer or seller is great. Also, knowing the fee ahead of time is nice. But, customer services in my experience has been unhelpful.
