I love the art of playing this game, it's funny, hard, you need hell of a strategy to win, lovely. It's a little hard if you are new and takes time to get into the game and used to gameplay with this online

Some suggestions:
Additional benefits for tribes. For example, maybe some resource/construction benefits. Troop/army combos.
Diplomacy should be a little more detailed. More treaty option

Not a lot of bad things, all though if you are inactive, you will probably get "nobled" by the other players around you.. A great game. Well recommend Tribalwars.net.
