I fly Thai airways whenever possible as I prefer flying direct.

Unfriendly rude staff, no order when boarding, tickets from the united states costs double than from another country! My loggage was ripped off!! I will never fly with them even for free!!!

Great flight, busy but crew did an excellent job. Two small rolls were given to easch passenger, one cheese and one ham, and a drink. All quite tasty. A nice smooth flight, no IFE, but it was less than 2 hours

The worst airline ever...My family and I check-in 1 hour before the check-in closes and we we're advised that the plane was FULL...wtf and there about 15 passengers queing on our back?...that means they keep on

Good points: generally great food, generous on drinks, seat space - especially on airbus,hot towels,generally good customer service (there's always that one though) and staff handled a difficult passenger well,
