    I purchased a Karcher pressure washer in 2008 and used it twice that summer. When I took out to use in the spring of 2009 ( after being stored in my warm basement for the winter ) the handle leaked like a sieve

    I have had two of these now one of which was a replacement for a faulty one, they are absolute rubbish, the replacement one is now faulty, Karcher"s guarantee policy is all wrong, they give a 12 month warranty

    Hardly used since purchase this machine blew up its pump. Repairman said it was due to corrosion through use of chemicals although I never used any. This is the second Karcher I have had and both were useless.

    Though the product specification seems to be good, the unit is made of very low quality plastic. The unit delivered to me earlier was cracked and was again replaced by a new one, which also cracked in transit.

    This machine has never worked efficiently. the auto cut-out failed on first use, then the handle developed a major leak within the first two weeks of use (possibly due to failure of auto cut-out?). The machine

    my problem was not being able to find a parts supplier for my machine and it to was 3 weeks out of its warranty then water started to leak from base of machine from a casting on the water in and out area

    Likewise water gushing from the handle - appears to be unfixable and my B&Q no longer seem to stock. Wonder why? Waste of money - next trip is to the skip!!

    If you are thinking of buying a MacAllister - DON'T DO IT. Handgun broke after a few months (leaking so no pressure). Had lost receipt so B&Q were about as helpfull as a chocolate fire guard, in fact a chocolat
