This 6ft Streamline is a great pruner, my advice is that you don't waste your time with rope operated telescopic pruners,you wont regret buying one of these.

Twist Grip on my Silverline 2m Telescopic Saw and Pruner didn't always lock in position and after having purchased two of these in the past they have both broken by shearing around the hard plastic collar below

This Spear & Jackson Telescopic Tree Pruner saved me a lot of hassle climbing on walls and ladders to get some of those akwardly high branches. We can see the sun shine again now!

I bought a pair of Yeoman Telescopic Bypass Loppers at a local Garden Centre, for £21. I asked a knowledgeable member of staff about the loppers, and he mentioned the telescopic adjustment could go wrong.
