    Outdated. No personal lcd monitor. They don't serve food for free (for 5.5 hours of travel). And even if you buy, they only offer snacks. Plus, the staff are not so friendly. Uncomfortable and tiny seats and if

    Don't bother to upgrade on domestic US Airways flights. The seats are wide, but that is the only difference for the money (and you do get a poor quality meal.) Not worth the extra money.

    I paid full Business Class fare and not upgraded. I was put in seat by stairs and galley on 747 lower deck. No stowage, seat as wide as economy only. I was kept awake by galley/food lift noise, crew talking
