  My blender blades broke off whilst using it on "ice" setting = sadly not fit for purpose, and no spares available - expensive pile of junk!

  Pros: Glass jug is really tough and sturdy, good quality. The motor is awesome I haven't put anything in it yet that it didn't blend to puree, including seeds and ice. Looks great. Sturdy base.

  The Russell Hobbs 13617 is difficult to assemble/dissemble. You think you have it attached correctly then your smoothie runs out the bottom. Ice crushing function does not work well at all. Totally non-user
