Purchased a Kenwood Concert Smoothie Maker SB256 from Debenhams Ist machine the buttons failed to operate; The replacement - the plastic base was cracked top to bottom; Second replacement - the buttons failed.

Russell Hobbs 12621 Smoothie Maker works well, sturdy, reliable. Good seal on base of jug. Great for smoothies and also blending. Russell Hobbe make great stuff. Would buy same brand again, but perhaps not

Would not buy the Kenwood SB307 or reccommend it, sorry. After about 7-10 uses it leaks through the bottom of the jug where the lugs on the removable base(not sure why?) break off in normal use.

First time of using my Ready Steady Cook Smoothie Maker it mixed everything etc and then when I unscrewed the jug from the base to pour it the blade assembly came off the bottom and my smoothie finished up all
