I had been a customer of Premier Inns on several previous occasions and found them very good value. My reason for staying there was for a political conference.
Unfortunately the whole experience was marre

Definitely won't stay in a Travelodge again. We asked about availably of having another room and was told they didn't have any available, and the cost would have been £99 for the night.

A miserable experience and we will NEVER use Travelodge again.
Poor customer service and in my opinion misleading internet information.
It is unacceptable to force customers to park 400m away in an NC

I will NEVER use travelodge again. In fact I would rename it travelcodge. The Manchester Gt. Ancoats site is truly the worst accommodation I have stayed in for years. It makes Fawlty Towers look good.

The Jarvis Piccadilly hotel was excellent, I will explain though that I'd booked a double room on a special deal website and was put into a rather large hotel suite...So I can't complain! The staff were friendl
