I purchased Spanx Slim Cognito Mid Thigh Body Shaper in Feb. The large was huge on me so I called to do an exchange. They said they would send a medium and credit me for the return when they received it.

Website easy to navigate. Order never arrived. The money was taken from my account as bank statements confirmed. E-mailed customer services twice. Heard nothing back. Still waiting for a refund.

I tried most of the other hosiery sites out there and had problems with all of them from time to time, plus I had to wait a few days for my orders. UK Tights so far after many orders has not let me down.
