  After saving for over 10 years my policy has matured and I only got bsck £122.00 interest. I would have got more if I had put it in a normal bank account, I understand that the interest rates have dropped

  No one knows of cares about the customer in this company. They have lost my documents and dont really care. Takes 5 days to answer anything. 2 days if you ask aquestion.
