    I find the Kettler Mondeo very uncomfortable to use for any length of time. The stride is short (16 inches) and bouncy. The non-articulating pedals will put your feet to sleep after a little more than 30 minute

    It took 1 hour for me (one single person) to build my Kettler CTR3.
    I find it very smooth & quiet compared with other X cross trainers.
    I think the build quality is of a BMW & German .

    Never has the phrase "you get what you pay for" more apt than with this machine. Replacing the Nordic Track CX 650 (see my other review) with the Kettler emphasised the gulf in quality between the two machines,

    After only a few sessions the grinding noise from the front strut became unbearable, which no amount of tightening and oiling could resolve. Nordic Track would do better to concentrate on the build quality rath
