I find it astonishing that a big brand like Pizza Hut can not only afford to do this sort of thing, but it actually allows it to happen at a time when most businesses, particularly in catering are dying out

I visited McDonald's in Centereach Mall in Centereach , NY on Long Island. I would never go there again. Sunday seems to be the worst day to eat there.

This concerns both kfc in wakefield, and poole in dorset,

The service at my local Pizza Hut in Worcester Shrub Hill was and always has been excellent. Overall I have always been happy with the service that I have received in Pizza Hut.
