  I would not recommend this kettle, the lid is quite stiff and the handle for pulling it off it quite small. The lid get very hot too. The handle of my kettle recently came off...luckily the kettle was not full

  If this machine broke down or didn't work I would buy another one! Easy to use -good recipe book. You don't need the extra features of the more expensive machine. East to clean - very quiet.

  Unfortunately, the seals at the cutter end have rotted out on mine and I would recommend that you remove the shaft from the wand from time to time by tapping the end of the shaft with a small hammer and punch.
