  I have insured home/contents/cars with Esure for 10+ years but recently had to make a claim. They are happy to take your money and their sales team is efficient and courteous. Their rates are attractive... HOWE

  They charged my credit card 1 month earlier than renewal without my permission or before i received my renewel notice then took me over 2 hours on calls and on hold and 5 weeks to get my refund (and counting).
