Just had renewal of £352 however been on the Tesco Compare website and can get same policy from Esure at £212. Also Tesco insurance offer on that website the same policy they are charging me

My car was hit while parked, I reported the claim to the claims dept, I had to wait 3 months to get my car repaired as the other party wouldnt talk to his insurance (nothing to do with Tesco) after the 3rd

Item: Direct Line Car Insurance
Bump in car. Needed new bumper. Direct Line dictate garage to use. Took 3 weeks to do 2 day job. Direct Line refused to do anything. Job was not done properly, seals and gaskets around rear light not replace.
