I have been to the Malibu Park hotel twice before and the previous exepriances where satisfactory. However on this occaision i was disgusted and wanted to return home with my family. Arrogant and intimidating

We own timeshare a tTenerife Royal Gardens and come for 5 weeks every year..........BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER AS THE RESORT IS BEING SOLD AND WE SHALL LOOSE OUR TIMESHARE....AS WILL ALL THE OTHER OWNERS

it was june 2008 this was our third visit to Hotel Best and it was as good as ever it had been refurbished in the hotel and out by the pool area with very high standards we would go back again
