Would never buy again a Somerfield Top Iced Christmas Cake - no moistness to the cake at all. The icing was also hard and took some pressure to cut through. The box advertised soft icing!!!!

Bread sauce has got to be one of the best sauces to go with roast meat.
Ingredients:-
600ml milk
50g of butter
1 onion chopped
6 clves
6 peppercorns
2 garlic clove

This is a very simple vegetable dish to go with your Christmas dinner or any roast.
You need:-
4 tbsp olive or vegetable oil (olive is healthier)
6 medium carrots, trim off ends

Boil 1 kilo of sprouts in a large pan of boiling water for about 3 mins, then drain the water and tip sprouts into ice cold water straight to cool them and stop them cooking. Drain them and set aside.
