Item: Lite-On LVW-5045
I replaced the DVD writer in mine with a Liteon 20X new unit. It's easy enough to get it to work, but slightly more difficult to get it to fit well, mechanically. My Liteon 5045 will now burn a complete movie

The Lite-On LVW-5045 is good for recording to HDD and playing back, not so good as a DVD recorder. Hit and miss jittery menus, extremely fussy over which disc it'll write too. Ruins as many discs as it
