  i wouldn't give them any rating because they are so poor. I was one of the lucky ones who didn't take out a policy with E&L (Excuses&Lies!). I got a quote when i got my dog and everything about it was too good

  I,ve never known such poor customer service from any company ----rude unhelpful & they try to wriggle out of paying genuine claims, they are exceptionally slow with claims.
