  I recently had an excellent meal here. The service was much better than I have experienced elsewhere in Ambleside and the food delicious. I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a refine yet relaxed night out.

  Best to eat at 7pm once you have cleaned you selfs down after a hard fell walk. I like the soup, followed by the steak which comes with new spuds and veg and then end with the lemon pud if I dont have room some
