    Beware booking with EasyCar - cost us more than we thought!

    I booked my car through this company because they gave a good quote on the drop off fee (collect Denver, drop off at Phoenix)
    When I collected the car, the drop off fee was double what I had been quoted.

    Virtually every panel dented and scraped, clutch slipped on hills, service indicator permanently on, car interior was filthy. When I protested about the condition, the attendant shrugged and walked away.

    When you book in large letters it appears as 'free cancellation' when you get to the booking then you have the small letters 'within 24 hours of the booking' if you are going to fast you would think you can act
