Didn't tell me I would need a credit card to hire the vehicle so I couldn't hire from them. Wouldn't let me change name to my Grandmother as she had credit card because she was too old to hire from them.

I bought full CDW over the phone. When I got to Rome the Avis desk refused to let me have the car unless I bought CDW from them. When I got home I asked C3000 to refund one of the two charges. Their reply was

Customer service was non existent. I made a typo when booking which meant I paid for 4 days rental not 3. When I tried to amend the booking it proved impossible. When I tried to cancel they would not let me.

When the 9 seater was not available anywwhere else, Budget had one for the bank holiday. Price was not cheap. Van had scratches all around.
