Rudest air crew we have ever seen flew from lhr to hong kong, five hours before drinks were offered. The worst by a long way, ran out of choice both ways?

You get what you pay for. Onur Air are great if you want to fly cheap and cheerful. I have always found the staff friendly and polite. People pick up on the language rift but could they speak fluent Turkish?

Lufthansa is probably the worst airlines to fly international. I flew between San Francisco and India. I realized it was bad the first trip. The travel agent tricked my into buying Lufthansa second time
