I fly twice a week with Easyjet to Geneva and flights are always on time, staff are always good and check-in staff are great.

In my opinion, this airline has gone down the tube. It used to be really good. They furthermore, they are a money sponge and seem to try to squeeze every penny they can out of you. I fly 4 to 6 times a year

Outbound flight 3hrs 15 mins delayed - a knock - on from problems the previous day! Return Flight delayed by a hour - previous technical problems! Bad luck -or poor operational management?

Flight with EasyJet cancelled, I found the to be staff totally unhelpful and uncaring. Claiming back expenses proving to be a nightmare, again staff unhelpful. Told it could take up to 6 weeks to get a refund.
