    elderly and dirty aircraft on outward flight, uncomfortable seats and most cabin crew found it very difficult to smile and were seen to push passengers out of their way, not any sign of good customer service. f

    We flew to Spain - no problems. When we were returning we found that the flight had been cancelled without warning or excuse. No contact from Thomson even tho' they had our details. Had to book an expensive lat

    Great flight, busy but crew did an excellent job. Two small rolls were given to easch passenger, one cheese and one ham, and a drink. All quite tasty. A nice smooth flight, no IFE, but it was less than 2 hours

    Excellent crew, seats were comfy and had height adjustable winged headrests, good IFE (it's even an on demand system) with plenty of content as well as music and maps, tasty food - dinner and a lighter meal.

    LHR-IST-DEL and back in economy. The flight to Delhi was fine, just a
    couple of hours delay. But the way back to London was a nightmare. There

    Lan Airlines removed my new combination lock within 25 minutes after check-in and did not put it back on my suitcase. Their customer service in Lima refused to allow me to file a claim and has not responded to
