    this 3rd rate outfit took my money for a return flight to menorca for myself and my wife sent confirmation of the flight then 4 weeks later sent an email saying the flight was cancelled giving no reason for the

    I had my doubt like everyone before flying with Jet2. Jet2 isn't that bad in fact it is OK.

    To sum up:-

    - Friendly and helpful staff
    - On time for the outward journey, arrived 15 min

    Being afraid of flying I wasn't looking forward to this but it was painless. No queues at check in, quick and easy. Polite staff. Departed on time, arrived early!! Baggage collection was first class. 5th bag on

    The Staff at Glasgow were fantastic , I have a walking aid , & did not ask for help ,but I was given it , the only problem we had was Baggage on the way home . Our holiday documents stated we had 25 kls . no

    Easyjet don't care about customers all they want is the money. They really don't care. Their crew is over worked and tired, is that what we as customers are looking for....................not much safety there

    First time on Easyjet and cannot fault them. Fast easy checkin, flight on time, choose your own seat when you board, we had middle exit seats (extra leg room for free) for two of us and no-one sat in the third
