    THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE EVER.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM YET TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE FOR THE MISCONDUCT THEY HAD WITH ME TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREU,FAA, AND A LAWSUIT.

    Unfriendly rude staff, no order when boarding, tickets from the united states costs double than from another country! My loggage was ripped off!! I will never fly with them even for free!!!

    elderly and dirty aircraft on outward flight, uncomfortable seats and most cabin crew found it very difficult to smile and were seen to push passengers out of their way, not any sign of good customer service. f
