I would recomend it. You get a lot of power on the ball and there good for doing dribbling. The only bad thing is the shoe is pritty hard to get on

Sponge under rubbery plastic very soft Very good ball. Recommend to all ages but i found it quite easy to pop. Still a great ball

A good ball to play with, i really like the Nike Total 90 Aerow. It looks great and was great value for money. I have had it for ages and its still in perfect condition.

They started out very comfortable and I scored twice from distance.They do seem to improve the amount of swerve on your shot by quite a bit and they seem to allow me to launch the ball far and accurately,

Item: Umbro Speciali
These are a great pair of boots. The Umbro Speciali give you a great feel on the ball but as above could be improved on wet pitch, maybe that just what i found though. Dont know what everyone else
