I would never fly with this company again. Until they train there staff better in customer service. My Choice crew in my eyes need to go on the Mary Gober customer training course.

As an airline, they are okay, but its the niggling faults that stick in the memory.

Our flight taking off from London Gatwick 30.06.08 was delayed for approx 1 hour due to planes being swapped. Booked extra leg room seats which we did get. We got upgraded because of this to premium economy
