Ryanair would score higher if booking process were simpler and more efficient/transparent. The flight was cheap and efficient.

I would not book again. Booked summer 2009 flights to Barcelona from Belfast as soon as they were issued at beginning of August (not cheap!). Route pulled this week and now have to try for alternative flights

Fly twice a fortnight over last three years with only one delay. I read complaints but there must be millions flying happy that dont write in. I have yet to meet an unhappy ryanair passenger

I flew jet2.com manchester to faro and back in sept 2008. have to say excellent, I've flown ryanair and easyjet and jet2.com is a better airline from a quality of lfight point of view. comfortable seats

We flew from Bristol to Dublin & flights were on time both on the outward & return journey, check in staff were very helpful and all went smoothly with no probs at all ,I Would definatly fly with Ryanair
