    I have been shopping at my local Shrewsbury store for a long time, but 2 assistants who seem to be fairly recent just totally ignore customers queing at the counter (even if they are just stocking shelves)

    Your attitude to the selling and wearing of the poppy reminds me of Gerald rattner saying that a prawn sandwich would last longer than their earrings. Lets all hope the prawn sandwich outlives your little shop.

    Not allowing staff to wear poppies, what planet are your managers on, they should be sacked.
