  Have owned one of these for several years. It is the only toaster i've had that constistantly browns to the same level. Each family member has their own preferred setting and the toast is consistant each time.

  All show and no go. Poor design means thin toast slips through and burns. Takes a long time to actually brown the bread. Controls work inconsitently

  Russell Hobbs 9209 Classic 4-Slice is a great toaster but both front carriage handles came off and had broken now unable to replace, no spares seem to be available.
