I have found my 30 litre freeflow just great for a day on the hills. Comfortable, cool and secure to wear. I would recommend to anyone. Only problem I have had is, when donning the sac without first loosening

Item: Karrimor Panther Pro 65 Rucksack
This is an excellent rucksack for camping trips and travel in general. 65 litres is ample for this kind of use and the bag splits this capacity well so you can avoid problems with having things in your bag
