  boots vitamin e toner is great. it removes make up and dirt from your face very well. the price is amazing its under £3 which i think is amazing for what you get. i would happily pay £6 or £7

  nivea visage gentle refreshing toner leaves skin feeling fresh and clean, doesn't seem to clog pores. Doesn't dry out the skin, so good for any skin type.

  I actually completely disagree. I've been using Clinique Clarifying Lotion with all of the steps for about 5 years. I use a 4 (if anything is going to dehydrate your skin, it's that one) and my skin feels excel
