Will try again as price is fair. At last got to speak to manager, who seemed apologetic and explained the problems encluntered with Jessops, who did their printing. Now broken away and procressing in house.

Quality with BonusPrint has always been fantastic - even better than Boots who I sometimes use. Customer service is sometimes lacking but overall I would recommend BonusPrint.
