5th December 2009 day trip, 5 in party 2 adults 3 children, did outside activities first, no queues but rides were too short, went for lunch dissapointing food, stood for ONE AND A HALF HOURS around 2 artificia

Disappointed and upset is an understatement having taken my 7 year-old son on this Lapland day-trip on 7th Dec 2008. Having watched the videos and read the brochure I was looking forward to a very magical day.

do not book a holiday with canterbury travel. they are only interested in taking your money and have no customer service. any complaints are dealt with arrogantly and they will not accept any criticism. the san
