  Reasonable service when working but be aware that paid in cheques take an age to clear so, although you get banking without any actual charges, they get their money by holding on to your cash. Also the website

  Not too much trouble using it but when systems are slow, the time allowed to access runs out and I have to start again!
  I don't like the limit [£2000?] on internet transfers.

  Banks come in for a lot of critism recently,but i cannot fault nat west on line banking,the staff are always pleasant and helpful in the branches as well.100%.Recommended.

  Great if you are good at managing your finances, can save a great deal in interest payments.
  Probably not recommended for those who struggle to manage their current account anyway, with a normal mortgage.

  I am currently using Firefox 3.6 and IE8. Neither are currently acceptable to NW. It seems I cannot use a service I have been happily using for 3-4 years without specially installing Opera or Safari for NW use
