Goods delivered damaged. Still waiting for a promised refund seven weeks later. Never answer e-mails. 20 minutes wait everytime you phone. Do not use this company.

After 6 weeks Office Supermarket still have not delivered the furniture i ordered. I would strongly advise against using this firm, stick with a trusted retailer.

Would also have given them a 0 if I could. Apparently a bunch of clowns. Six weeks in - no sign of goods. Have requested refund and, obviously, no sign of that either. Got a couple of messages in response to

Blame the manufacture being too busy at the time of recession. Delayed delivery. Poor communication kept getting diverted to another department, denied responsibility.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. EVERYTHING that people say is true.
We received two chairs within two days - fantastic! The other part of the order (2 tables and a cabinet) have still not arrived
