  fantastic printer. if people read the instructions and use the right ink & media it will last for years. i've had mine since the mid-90's never let me down.

  I purchased this printer and was overjoyed at the price,setup was a breeze print quality was good perhaps a bit bright but having had several inkjets dry out due to not being used this seemed the solution unfor

  I've had this printer for two, maybe three years now. I bought my Brother HL 2030 after being fed up with two Epsons, which used up ink so rapidly I spent more on ink in a year than I had on the printer.

  I have used all the compatible brands out there I could find and i have to say that they are all as bad as each other, except one (projet) the ink quality was 10x better and very close to epson orignals.

  great printer! it prints texts very well, the downside is that it doesnt print the best pictures. the pictures turn out ok but not professional

  sometimes works fine for weeks then tells me I need to replace when it is half full. I replace then 5 minutes later tells me another cartridge needs replacing when it is half full. Bought the ink from cartridge

  Great printer but hates compatable ink. Tried several. Sometimes it uses the whole cartidge then other times its telling me it needs a new cartrigde when it is still half full. But best british compatables are
