I would say that they play heavily on their own seo position but in my experience not as much for my website... Our car-related site actually took a dip in rankings and it seems like they have not yet sorted

As far as I am aware I was supposed to go to first page on Google within 3 weeks yet 7 months later I am still no higher than page 3! Most unhelpful customer service I have personally so far encountered.
