    O2 is a totally stuck up company that doesn't bother to call you back, even if they promiss, keeps you on hold forever, and doesn't really care if you're happy with their service or not.

    They totally messed up my mobile phone transfer. Wasted a whole day they kept sending information to my old handset.
    There customer services only run from 8am till 9pm on a good day. Then its all automated

    My main gripe with 3 is the poor signal just about everywhere I go. I can't think of a time in which I managed to have a 5 minute conversation without the signal dropping. Worst thing is I can hardly use it at

    I have been with Vodafone nearly for a year now. I must have called the customer service about 10 tomes and sent at list 20 emails to correct billings etc. If you have lots of time in your hands go for it...

    overall i think that 3 are a terrible mobile provider.i told them i didnt really want an 18month contract because my fones get a lot of knocking about and they usually are ready to fall to bits after 12 months,
