    RBs Home insurance is very poor, customer service is very poor,
    been with them more than 2 years made claim and took months to process its not really worth at all.....

    The Barclays policies are underwritten by Gresham who are part of the Aviva group. Had to claim for storm damage and have been waiting 3 months with water coming into 2 rooms. They dont assign individual claims

    I accidental washed my husband's mobile phone and they replaced without any hassle at all. The previous year, our oven extractor unit fell off the wall and smash the glass of my expensive electric halogen oven.
