    Card declined even though account in order. Had to use another card so no cashback. They got my business under false pretences. Shell accept no responsibility even though it was the merchant terminal at fault.

    Really embarrassed I got caught out but hoping this review may stop others. Only took out the virgin credit card recently had interest free on purchases until Sept statement and decided to transfer £2500.
