    I had the same problem - the mop handle broke off. I will not purchase this product again. I am disappointed in Clorox for putting this piece of junk on the market.

    I find Ultra Sonic Stain Remover a very good product. I used it on my heavily stained sofa and it got all the stains out with a bit of elbow grease here and there, I recommend this stain remover to anyone! Go g
