Titan had a few issues with there phone systems of late but sen an email into them and asked about there LLU services and i have used the new LLu service for 2 days and it blows any supplier i have used out the

Very good customer service, extremely helpful when I needed it and never tried to overcharge me when I left due to moving home. Unlike those a*******s at pipex.

For almost 5 months ive had problems with my connection dropping and sometimes off for well over a day.
Virgin eventually admitted that the problem was with them but didnt know how to fix this proble

The Macace guys offer good support when you can get through to them.
The are a bit more expensive than the competition.
The biggest problem is that they don't give you accurate invoices. I
