  As this fridge-freezer has gone wrong we have realised that this is the third Hotpoint product we've had that has been really rubbish.
  
  All the plastic bits are cracking: it's just not up to standard.

  Worst buy I've ever made. Frost free my a**e! Two thermostat changes and still the same; freezer and fridge always frosted over. Never again!

  After 14 months of ownership a relay in the electical system broke down. It was repaired after 2 visits by Indeset repair men. I had a choice of paying £100 up front or taking out an extended insurance
