I started with really tiny little nipples and I am very pleased with the results. Too early to say if increase is permanent or not - still shrink back overnight but definitely bigger than they used to be.

If you wear it in the day, you can wear it with a fairly large padded bikini top. Then you can wear whatever T-shirt over it. I even sunbathed in my bikini-top and it didn't show.
